This box contains everything you need to build a peaceful lake house,
suitable for many 28-35mm fantasy and historical games. The interior is fully detailed and the roof is removable. The set comes complete with a lake, two
ponds and 18″ / 45cm of raised walkways. Many of the pieces are modular and can be assembled in different combinations or mixed and matched with the rest of the range.
